These terms apply to all services on the 520bd platform — including the website, mobile app, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and any related services. 520bd is operated exclusively for adults aged 18 and above.

• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

• In live betting, if a bet is recorded late due to network issues, it may be deemed void.

All bonuses and promotional offers from 520bd are governed by these general terms as well as the specific bonus terms for each offer.

• Wagering requirement: Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement (e.g., 5× or 8×). Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Once expired, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions.

• 520bd may investigate, temporarily suspend, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason.
• If a prohibited activity is proven, the account balance may be forfeited.
• Members may also request account closure at any time by contacting support.
• If any valid balance remains at the time of account closure, it will be refunded to members who have completed KYC.
