Account Policy

520bd's policy is straightforward: Each person may only register one account. However, different family members can open separate accounts — subject to certain conditions.

Rules for family accounts:

• Each account must have a unique mobile number and NID.
• If two people from the same household use the same device, the system may flag it as suspicious.
• Please notify support in advance — both accounts can remain active once the details are verified.

What happens if one person has two accounts:

• Our AI system can detect duplicate accounts — including matches by device, IP address, bank account, or identity.
• If duplicate accounts are detected, both will be closed immediately.
• All bonuses on those accounts will be forfeited and any winnings may be withheld.
• So please avoid attempting to open multiple accounts in order to claim more bonuses.

My old account is closed — can I open a new one?
If you closed your previous account yourself, you may apply to open a new one. Contact support — approval may be granted after a verification process.

Age Policy

To put it plainly: no. 520bd is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. This is a legal requirement, and we make no exceptions.

Age Verification Process:

• At Registration: Date of birth is mandatory — the system calculates your age automatically.
• KYC verification (before withdrawal): A photo of your National ID (NID) or passport must be submitted. If your age does not match the NID, your account will be closed.
• In suspicious cases: Additional age verification may be requested at any time.

If an underage account is detected:

• The account will be permanently closed.
• Deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Legal action may be taken.

Betting

An accumulator (also known as an Acca or Parlay) is a single bet that combines multiple match predictions. If every selection wins, all the odds are multiplied together — which means the potential payout can be significantly higher.

How to place an Acca bet, step by step:

1. Log in to 520bd and go to the "Sports" or "Match Odds" section.
2. Select the odds for the first match and click — it will be added to your bet slip.
3. Add the odds for your second and third matches to the bet slip in the same way.
4. On the bet slip, switch from "Single" to "Accumulator" or "Acca" mode.
5. Enter your total stake (e.g. ৳100) — your potential winnings will be shown instantly.
6. Click "Confirm Bet" to complete your Acca.

Example:

• Bangladesh to win: Odds 2.0
• India to win: Odds 1.75
• Pakistan to win: Odds 2.5
• Total multiplier: 2.0 × 1.75 × 2.5 = 8.75
• A ৳100 bet wins you ৳875 (profit: ৳775)

Important Warning:

• If one selection in an Acca loses, the entire bet is lost.
• Two predictions from the same match cannot be placed in a single Acca.
• The maximum number of accumulator legs is generally up to 20.
• Minimum stake is ৳50.

Tournament

520bd regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard events — especially during major cricket series and World Cups.

Participation Rules:

• If a tournament is active, go to the "Promotions" or "Tournament" section.
• Open the active event and tap the "Join" or "Participate" button.
• Participation in most events is automatic — just place a bet on eligible markets and your points will accumulate.

How points are calculated:

• Points are determined based on the stake amount and odds of each bet.
• General formula: Bet amount × eligible odds = points.

Prize Distribution:

• Top 10 or top 50 — varies by event.
• Rewards are typically given as cash bonuses or bet credits.

• Prizes are credited to your wallet within 48 hours of the event ending.

In case of a tie: If two players are tied on points, the one who reached that score first ranks higher — so timing matters.

Bet Resolution

A cancelled or incomplete match is a common concern. 520bd's policy is clear:

If the match is cancelled entirely:

• If the match is not rescheduled within the specified timeframe (usually 48 hours), all bets are void.
• Your full stake (original bet amount) will be returned to your wallet.
• No win or loss will be recorded.

If a match is abandoned mid-game:

• If enough play has taken place to determine a result (e.g. via DLS method), bets will be settled according to the official outcome.
• In T20s, a result is generally considered valid after 5 overs, and in ODIs after 20 overs.
• If insufficient play has occurred, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.

If one match in an accumulator is cancelled:

• The void leg is removed from the Acca and the remaining legs are recalculated.
• Example: If 1 leg is voided in a 3-leg Acca, it becomes a 2-leg Acca.

When to expect your refund: Winnings are credited to your wallet within 24 hours of the official match result. If there's a delay, please contact support.
